I appreciated the discussion with my service advisor about service needs and options for my vehicle given the usage. Michael offered his assessment and options for me to consider. It was a much more personalized and customized assessment than most dealers. Warranty work was noted, discussed and taken care of that I didn’t know was necessary.
In my opinion, the quality of help and service after the initial purchase is always the best way to judge a company. Recently took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and the staff of Mercedes-Benz of College Station never disappoints. Always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make every experience a great one. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the easiest / fastest / best car buying experiences I’ve EVER had in my life ( and I’ve bought 100s of cars in my lifetime) !! Everything was exactly described / delivered as promised. I also can’t wait to get my Sprinter 170 into their service department. I can’t imagine how great of an experience that will be as well!! This was the first time ever stepping into a Mercedes dealership, and from the beginning, I knew it was vastly different. I absolutely hate car shopping, but the people at Mercedes College Station changed my mind. They were patient, knowledgeable and no sales gimmicks. When we decided to buy, the process was simple and quick - no waiting for hours while the salesman “went to talk” to the manager. Blake and Amy made the experience. And afterwards, Kelli showed me just exactly how amazing my new car is. Can’t say enough great things about this dealership.

I had a wonderful experience. Juan Carlos was recommended to me by my friend Milynda, and he was a great salesperson. Everybody at the dealership was great. I bought a car on Thursday and then I realized it was too big and they worked with me to get a vehicle better suited to you. I would recommend everyone go there.
